This website is run by Tamir Khason. I want everyone to be able to use it and reach me, including people with disabilities.
Accessibility level
The website was built in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard SI 5568 at level AA, which is based on the WCAG guidelines.
What I did on the website
- Full keyboard navigation: Tab and Shift+Tab to move between elements, Enter to select.
- Screen reader support: a correct heading structure and labels on every form field. The diagrams have text descriptions.
- Color contrast that meets level AA.
- Layouts that work on small screens and with enlarged text.
- No animations for visitors who set reduced motion in their operating system.
- Clear error messages in the form that keep what you typed.
I checked the website with automated testing tools and by hand for keyboard navigation, in Hebrew and English, on desktop and mobile, and I check it again with every update.
Third-party content
- The spam check in the form (Cloudflare Turnstile) is an outside component. If it gets in your way, email me directly.
- Booking a call happens on Cal.com, an outside website responsible for its own accessibility. You can also book a call by email or phone.
Browsers and assistive technology
The website supports current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, and common screen readers such as NVDA and VoiceOver.
Service arrangements
There's no office that receives visitors. I work remotely, by call and email, and you can ask for an adjustment at any point.
