This policy describes what information the 1pf.co.il website collects and what you can do about it.
Who runs the website?
Tamir Khason.
For any privacy question: tamir [at] khason [dot] net
Do you have to give me information?
No law requires it. To answer a question you send, I need your email address and the question.
What information is collected?
- When you send a question through the form: your email address, the question, the language and, if you choose to fill them in, the field, the context question and how you heard about me.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse: a Cloudflare Turnstile check, and temporary counters based on a hashed value of your IP address or email address, deleted within hours to a day.
- Hosting: Cloudflare processes IP addresses and technical browsing data as part of serving the website.
The website uses no cookies of its own and no analytics or advertising tools. Turnstile is the only outside script.
What do I do with the information?
I use it only to answer you and to protect the form from abuse. I don't send newsletters or advertising, and I don't sell or pass on information for marketing.
Who has access to the information?
- Me.
- Service providers needed to run the website: Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection), Resend (sending emails) and my email provider (receiving your messages).
- If you choose to book a call, you go to Cal.com, and their privacy policy applies there.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
Some of these providers run servers outside Israel.
How long is information kept?
- The question and your email address are stored encrypted and deleted after 365 days.
- Email delivery records are deleted after 30 days.
- Email correspondence between us stays in my mailbox.
Security
Questions are stored encrypted, and only I can read them. If a security incident affects your information, I'll tell you and report it to the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Paid engagements
Information and material you share in a paid engagement are handled under our engagement agreement. This policy covers the website.
Your rights
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, you can review the information held about you and ask me to correct or delete it. Write to me at tamir [at] khason [dot] net, and I'll handle your request promptly, within the time the law sets. If you believe your privacy has been harmed, you can contact me at the same address, and you can also contact the Privacy Protection Authority.
Changes to this policy
If I add tools or change how information is handled, I'll update this policy before the change and update the date at the top of the page.
